Shipping & Returns

  • I post all items with Royal Mail 1st class, you can choose between one-day delivery and standard, please allow 2-3 days for the latter.

    For international deliveries allow 5-10 days.

  • For order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact me here.

    The shipping label fee will be deducted from the total refund, alternatively, you may purchase your own shipping label to return the items. Please make sure to choose tracked and signed options as we do not pay for a postal loss.

    I can only accept returns if

    • the item is unworn

    • the clothing tag is attached

    Please return items within 14 days of receipt.

  • If you have requested a refund for your return, please allow 14 days from the date I received the product back for your refund to be processed.

    Returns are issued from the original form of payment.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable as are bespoke orders and any personalised items.

  • If you cannot attend the workshop you’ve booked, please let us know as soon as possible.

    We will try to offer you an alternative date or we give you a full refund up to two days prior to the workshop date.

    However, if with time your unique pieces need a little tweak to prolong its lifespan such as a knee patch or a new elastic waistband, please contact me.
