About

Welcome! I’m Nadien, a passionate mender, slow life practitioner, and sustainability advocate.
My journey toward mending and mindfulness began a few years ago, when I became deeply curious about sustainable solutions and how we could counteract the impact of fast fashion. That curiosity sparked a love for slow living, mending, and the powerful act of nurturing what we already have.
In a world where things often feel disposable and rushed, I believe in taking a step back, slowing down, and rediscovering the beauty in the things that surround us.
I offer mending workshops designed to create a calm and supportive environment where you can learn valuable skills, share your experiences, and become part of a community that values sustainability, mindfulness, and connection. Whether you’re learning to sew a simple stitch or exploring more intricate techniques, my goal is to empower you to mend your clothes with confidence, creativity, and care.
Let’s mend, slow down, and restore what matters most.
Beyond mending, I’m also a nature lover in training to become a forest school teacher. This journey is helping me deepen my connection with the environment, and I am passionate about fostering awareness of the natural world and how we can protect it. I believe that in order to restore balance in our world, we must first restore our inner connection with nature - and each other.
Through my work, I aim to reduce waste and promote a sustainable, mindful lifestyle. Whether it’s through the art of mending, slow living practices, or connecting with the earth, I hope to inspire you to live with greater intention and purpose.
Thank you for joining me on this beautiful journey of healing, sustainability, and connection. Together, we can create a more conscious, eco-friendly world, one stitch at a time.
