BESPOKE ORDERS SHIPPING: Please allow 1-2 weeks to make and process your bespoke order. Expect an email to let you know when your order is on the way! The shipping costs will be calculated on the basis of the weight and volume of the garment, sent with Tracked postal service and the costs will be added to the final invoice.
DROP OFF & PICK UP POINT for Mending Service & Bespoke Orders - Nadien K at Arbeit Studios 1 Trowbridge Rd, Hackney Wick, London E9 5LD. Commission repairs can be dropped off and be picked up at an agreed day and time at the address above. An email will be sent when your order is ready to arrange pickup.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.
SHIPPING
UK Orders are generally shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail tracked 48. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout where you can choose your preferred delivery option.
Shipping option:
Tracked 24 1-3 business days £4.50 ( up to 1kg)
Tracked 48 2-4 business days £5.50 (up to 1kg)
First Class letter 1-3 business days £2.50 (for small orders under 50g)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping. Please get in touch if your country is not listed at checkout, and we'll try to accommodate you.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated
and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeline varies for EU and international shipping since
expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nadien K is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please make sure to choose tracked and signed options as we do not pay for a postal loss.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nadien@nadienklages.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
